This new sleek and slim soap cedar soap dish is a great way to showcase your handmade soap while increasing the longevity of the soap. Handmade soap needs to dry out completely and have air circulation and these soap dishes will allow both!
Because of the high content of natural oils in cedar, cedar wood is naturally a decay resistant wood that withstands water and moisture exposure tremendously well. These cedar dishes are simple, yet exceptionally functional and will significantly extend the life of the handmade soap.
We suggest using soap dishes in pairs to also extend the life of the soap dish. Use one dish for 2-3 weeks, and then switch it out with the second dish while allowing it to completely dry out while you are using the second dish for 2-3 weeks. Doing this will help prevent mold or mildew from developing on the dish and significantly extend the life of the dish.
These dishes measure 3 inches by 4-1/8 inches by approximately 3/8" inch thick.
