Due to the sensitivity of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns.  If your product is damaged in transit, please contact your postal carrier as well as contacting us.  We wll take the necessary steps to get a refund from USPS, since we insure all packages.

Please remove handmade soap and body products from wet and humid areas, as no preservatives are used in our products (keep in dry areas).  We are not responsible for any problems due to misuse of our products.  All products are for external use only.  Please use caution when getting out of the bathtub, as some oils may be slick.  If you are pregnant, please contact a doctor before use of our products, especially with essential and fragrance oils.
